In early 2015, a project was developed to attract investments for the construction of a plant for the production of ferrosilicoaluminum using local raw materials from the Tkibul coal deposit. The construction of the plant is planned on the basis of the Rustav Metallurgical Plant of Georgia (the project business plan is attached).
Since the beginning of 2012, work has been constantly underway to attract investments in the mineral resource sector of Georgia. Thus, work on the development of the Chordsky barite deposit in Georgia has successfully begun. Investment plans have been developed to attract investments in the birthplace of bentonite (Guria region), quartzite (Imereti region), as well as chromium and manganese deposits in Turkey.

“At the initiative of the Georgian government, work has begun on a project that involves the energy connection of the Caucasus region and Europe through a high-voltage underwater power line in the Black Sea. In particular, the power transmission line running along the bottom of the Black Sea will connect the energy systems of Georgia and Romania.

Georgia, Azerbaijan, Romania and Hungary signed on December 17, 2022 a draft agreement on the construction of a submarine cable for the transmission of electricity across the Black Sea

The World Bank and the European Union will finance a feasibility study for a submarine power line project in the Black Sea, a preliminary agreement has already been reached

Since 2017, our company has been actively working to attract investments in the energy sector of Georgia and connect to this project.
So, in particular, with the company Gross Energy Group, the Pre Feasibility Vatra project was developed for the construction
in the high-mountainous region of Georgia Region Racha, Oni municipality - a hydroelectric power plant with a capacity of 17 MW.
